<p>The present invention proposes an apparatus and a method for controlling an engine control unit (ECU) of a vehicle and a system including the apparatus, which synchronize sub-controllers linked via ethernet based on the time spent to control each sub-controller and controls the sub-controllers to be driven simultaneously. The apparatus method for controlling the ECU includes: a sub-controller selecting unit which is connected via ethernet to each other and selects the sub-controllers controlling each ECU of a vehicle; a synchronization unit which synchronizes the sub-controllers based on the time spent to control each sub-controller; and a sub-control unit which controls the sub-controllers to be driven simultaneously if the sub-controllers are synchronized.</p> |
