<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system which recommends a meal suitable for a taste of a user based on measurement results of masticatory frequency and salivation. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor device 150 comprises: a sensor housing 156 placed on a temple of a subject; and holding means 157. The sensor housing 156 has: an optical biosensing device 153 which measures signal change for hemoglobin associated with a functional change in a salivary gland near the temple of the subject; masticatory movement detection device 152 which detects movement of the temple as the subject masticates; and a sensor control device 151. The sensor control device 151 concurrently activates the optical biosensing device 153 and the masticatory movement detection device 152, and outputs measurement results of the devices. A measurement control device 111 records the measurement results from the sensor control device 151, transmits the measurement results to a system 200 in an operating company, and displays the measurement results on a display device 112 together with recommended information 350 acquired from the system 200 of the operating company. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
