<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for temporary assembling a heat exchanger core which can accurately secure tube pitches even if pressing tubes and tank plates that are arranged while being unjoined to each other in a height direction of a heat exchanger core. <P>SOLUTION: The device for temporary assembling includes: a setting base 14 for placing a heat exchanger core arrangement set in which the tubes 1 and reinforcement members 3 are arranged while being unjoined to each other; a plurality of alignment blocks 8 each independently capable of being inserted between the tubes 1 adjacent to each other, having a width equivalent to a predetermined tube pitch and movable in both width and height directions of the heat exchanger core; a first pressing mechanism 9 capable of pressing the alignment blocks 8 in a longitudinal direction of the tubes 1; a second pressing mechanism 10 capable of pressing the tubes 1 in a height direction; and a tank plate joining mechanism 11 for joining the tank plates 12 at ends of the tubes 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
