<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a lubricating state efficient and stable to a portion to be lubricated, while preventing a lubricant from being excessively supplied from a portion that comes into contact with the portion to be lubricated. <P>SOLUTION: A lubricant-containing polymer member 11, the lubricant supplier, includes: a base material that has a contact portion S coming into contact with the portion H to be lubricated and comprises a resin formed in a porous sponge shape; and the lubricant filled in air gaps K of the porous sponge shape in the base material.
