<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect a runner system included in data. <P>SOLUTION: This detection program makes a computer execute the subsequent processing on the basis of a rubber system model included in the data to be analyzed. That is, the detection program makes the computer execute processing for detecting a sprue 20a by specifying a protrusion having a circular shape in cross section in the runner system 20 indicated by the runner system model 13a. The detection program makes the computer execute processing for detecting a gate 20b on the basis of a shape of the gate.
