The invented method of controlled transfer of heat from heating medium circuit of a heat source (1) with storage tank (2) and a turbine pump (4) to a heated consumer water circuit connected to a penstock (5) and comprising a valve (6) for controlling flow of the consumer water, the heating medium and consumer water pass through a heat-exchange apparatus (3) and the kinetic energy of the flowing consumer water is transferred into a motion of the heating medium, wherein the transfer is mediated by a turbine pump (4), consisting of two hydraulically separated turbines (4a, 4b) with countercurrent flow of the heating medium and the consumer water, which are connected one to another by a mechanical or force closing. The ratio (Q2)/(Q1) of the heating medium flow (Q2) and consumer water flow (Q1), where the flow (Q2) is directly proportional to the varying flow (Q1) of the consumer water is maintained for the given pump (4) constant. For spontaneous stratification of the heating medium within the heat-exchange apparatus, the flow (Q2) of the heating medium is not zero provided the flow (Q1) of the consumer water is zero. |
