<p>The number of ACF can be readily counted without overlooking the existence of ACF so as to achieve reduced observation time. Provided is a fluoroscopic device (1) including a light source unit (40) that is inserted into a body cavity of a biological organism and that emits excitation light onto an inner wall of the body cavity; an image acquisition unit (20) that acquires image information by acquiring an image of fluorescence generated when GST-À-sensitive fluorescent probe having sensitivity to GST-À occurring in the inner wall of the body cavity are excited by the excitation light emitted from the light source unit (40); a position control unit (30) that moves the light source unit (40) and the image acquisition unit (20) relative to the inner wall of the body cavity; and a counting section (72) that counts the number of fluorescence generation sites included in the image acquired by the image acquisition unit (20).</p> |
