The present invention provides an air-conditioning device for a vehicle, including: a housing having, therein, a mixing zone in which a first airflow and a second airflow are mixed, and a plurality of air-distribution openings communicated with the mixing zone and including a first air-distribution opening and a second air-distribution opening; and an air-distribution adjusting damper which is movable in the mixing zone, and adjusts according to its position a ratio of air-distribution to the first air-distribution opening and the second air-distribution opening, in which the air-distribution adjusting damper includes a guide path that communicates part of the second airflow with the first air-distribution opening without mixing the part of the second airflow with the first airflow. |
