<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hydraulic oil inside a housing from adhering to a door at high-temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In a door closer 1, rotational movement of a door 104 is converted to linear movement of a piston 15 by opening operation of the door 104 through a link mechanism 29, a rotary shaft 24, and a rack and pinion mechanism 21 to move the piston 15 in a closed space 4a of a housing 4 against an energizing force of piston energizing means 16, and when the door 104 is released from the hand of a user, the piston 15 is moved in the closed space 4a of the housing 4 by the energizing force of the piston energizing means 16 to slowly and automatically close the door 104. A hydraulic oil discharge passage 41 is provided which communicates the closed space 4a with the outside, and the hydraulic oil discharge passage 41 is closed by a resin member 39 having a melting point lower than that of a speed control valve 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
