<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the strength of a pressure resistant container under water pressure while achieving the size and weight reduction, make the alignment and the positioning of oscillators easy when the oscillators are assembled to the pressure resistant container, and realize the improvement of the productivity and the reliability. <P>SOLUTION: Multiple oscillators 23 are housed in a pressure resistant container 22 of an acoustic sensor (sensor) being aligned. The pressure resistant container 22 includes support members 34 fixed between node parts of the multiple oscillators 23 and inner wall parts of the pressure resistant container 22 and has a structure where the pressure resistant container 22, the multiple oscillators 23, and the support members 34 are integrated and connected through the support members 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
