<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle which efficiently reduces vibration transmitted from a road surface to a vehicle body through wheels, while preventing a mass damper from having a large mass, and also prevents heavy steering. <P>SOLUTION: The mass damper 30 includes a weight and an elastic member supporting the weight, and absorbs the vibration from the road surface. The mass damper is mounted at position at the back of the center of gravity of the vehicle body. The mounting position is, for example, located at the rear end of a swing arm 22 supporting a rear wheel 24, a lower position of a seat 15 on which a rider sits, or a rear frame 5 located at the back of the seat 15 and above the rear wheel 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
