摘要

The sum of two components are determined to establish desired interference signal relation. The first component is calculated using dynamic adjustment function in neuronal network corresponding to quality criterion based in cut probabilities in objective block error rate. The second component defines correct ordering of possible deviations from objective block error rate in response to non-ideal behavior of first component. An independent claim is also included for the power control apparatus.
