<p>Disclosed is a data protection method and an apparatus in an open environment capable of preventing an encrypted data from being easily decrypted by a hacker due to the leakage of a look up table of a white-box when data is encrypted and decrypted by using a white-box cryptography, the method comprising the steps of: a mobile terminal provided with a safety area generating a key and a white-box table; the mobile terminal transmitting the white-box table to an open area of a corresponding mobile terminal and using the table to encrypt and decrypt data; and the white-box table being incapacitated according to the completion of data encryption and decryption.</p> |
