<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor with a high-dielectric constant and a limited dielectric loss, in which change in the relative dielectric constant caused by temperature change satisfies X5R requirements of EIA standards, and excellent life property is shown in a high temperature load test. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic capacitor includes a dielectric ceramic having a first crystal group composed of crystal particles mainly composed of barium titanate and containing magnesium, manganese, and rare earth (RE), with the density of the magnesium being 0.2 or less atomic percent, and a second crystal group composed of crystal particles mainly composed of the barium titanate and containing magnesium, manganese, and rare earth (RE), with the density of the magnesium being 0.3 atomic percent or over. When the area of the crystal particles composing the first crystal group found in the polished surface of the dielectric ceramic is a, and the area of the crystal particles composing the second crystal group found in the polished surface of the dielectric ceramic is b, the resultant of b divided by the sum of a and b is in the range of 0.4 to 0.7, and the average particle diameter of both the crystal particles composing the first crystal group and the crystal particles composing the second crystal group is in the range of 0.15 to 0.40μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
