<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tool, which eliminates the need for a spring clutch mechanism, reduces the number of components, simplifies assembly work, and is made compact by reducing the width dimension of a body tip part. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary tool includes a motor case 1, an operation part case 2, and a gear case 3. An impact mechanism 11 has an anvil shaft 12, a hammer frame 20, and hammers 21 22. The anvil shaft 12 and the hammer frame 20 are supported in the gear case 3 in an immovable state in the axial direction, an intermediate shaft 10 is supported in the gear case 3 in parallel with the anvil shaft 12, axial lines of the intermediate shaft 10 and an air motor 4 are placed orthogonally to each other, the rotor shaft of the air motor 4 and the intermediate shaft 10 are joined by bevel gears 13, 15, the intermediate shaft 10 and the hammer frame 20 are joined by spur gears 16, 25, the hammers 21, 22 are immovably placed in the axial direction of the anvil shaft 12, and an input spur gear 25 is directly formed on the outer peripheral surface of the hammer frame 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
