<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor adopting an IPM type structure and enabling reduction in leakage magnetic flux and improvement of motor torque. <P>SOLUTION: In a rotor 20, a magnet magnetic pole 26 constituted in a form in which a permanent magnet 23 is embedded comprises; an inner magnetic pole part 27 formed integrally with a rotor core 21 and installed on the radial inner side of the permanent magnet 23; and an outer magnetic pole part 28 installed on the radial outer side of the permanent magnet 23 separately from the inner magnetic pole part 27. Cover members 24, 25 installed on axial both sides of the rotor core 21 are constituted to hold axial both end portions of the outer magnetic pole part 28, and to nip and hold the permanent magnet 23 between the inner and outer magnetic pole parts 27, 28. The inner magnetic pole part 27 and the outer magnetic pole part 28 are fixed while peripheral edge portions at both ends in the circumferential direction of the permanent magnet 23 separate from each other without abutting on each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
