<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material improved in rigidity by forming an irregular part, which has a pattern of the irregular part having a further high rigidity improvement effect, and a vehicle panel and a laminated structure using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The plate material 1 has three reference planes in the plate thickness direction, and it is assumed that the middle reference plane is constituted by closely laying hexagonal units. An optional one unit area is taken as a first hexagon, and an area composed of four unit areas including the first hexagon is taken as a first reference area. Unit areas contacting the first hexagon except the first reference area are taken as second reference areas, and all other unit areas are taken as third reference areas. A new reference area, a new second reference area and a new third reference area are constituted by combining these areas.
