<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new unit member used for forming a rainwater outflow restraining facility. <P>SOLUTION: A structure is composed by arraying following column forming members A and B, a beam forming member C, and a wall and ceiling forming member D. The column forming member A comprises a column part A projected on the front surface of a board body part, groove parts A in X and Y directions provided on a back surface for holding the beam forming member C, and a through-hole A passing through a board body from the front surface to the back surface. The column forming member B is in a board body shape and comprises groove parts B provided in the X and Y directions for holding the beam forming member C on the front surface, a through-hole B passing through the board body from the front surface to the back surface, and a recessed part provided on the back surface, to which the peak part of the column forming column part A is to be fitted. The beam part forming member C is provided with fitting parts to be fitted to the through-holes A and B on both ends, a part continuing the fitting parts is held by the groove parts A and B, and a center part becomes a beam which connects columns.
