<p>The invention discloses a tunnel type pipe forming welding method and device used for improving the welding bead shape of the welded end after the welding. A C-shaped clamp (2) can be used to clamp a cylindrical work piece (1) toward a radius direction, and one side is used to press the rear end to move the work piece in the inner cylindrical space, and the other side is used to weld a butt joint opening groove (11) of the original plate side surface of the cylindrical work piece (1) in the C-shaped clamp by using a welding gun (4L,4T/4). Power supply sliding members (6r,6s) are fixedly disposed between the part from the opening (22) of the C-shaped clamp (2) to the rear end welding area (D-E) and the front end position (D) of the cylindrical work piece (1).
