摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a steel plate for a line pipe and a method for manufacturing the same. The steel plate has a low yield ratio, high strength, and excellent low temperature impact toughness. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the steel plate for a line pipe consists of 0.04-0.10 wt% of C, 0.1-0.4 wt% of Si, 1.5-1.9 wt% of Mn, 0.01-0.05 wt% of molten AI, 0.01-0.02 wt% of Ti, 0.03-0.05 wt% of Nb, more than 0 wt% and less than or equal to 0.15 wt% of Mo, 0.001-0.005 wt% of N, more than 0 wt% and less than or equal to 0.20 wt% of Cu, more than 0 wt% and less than or equal to 0.2 wt% of Ni, more than 0 wt% and less than 0.015 wt% of P, more than 0 wt% and less than 0.003 wt% of S; and Fe and unavoidable impurity. A structure comprises acicular ferrite, granular bainitic Ferrite, and bartensite-Austenite constituents.</p>
