<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a performance of an internal defect inspection device by magnetic leakage flux flaw detection. <P>SOLUTION: Evaluation is performed using a steel plate having an artificial space of 10μm-90μm in spherical equivalent diameter filled with a gas, or SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, ZrO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, CaO, MgO or mixture thereof as a pseudo enclosure with its size and location known, at a position distanced 150-250μm from a surface of the steel plate. The steel plate having the artificial space can be manufactured through: forming the artificial space in both or one of a first steel material and a second steel material; bonding both materials through diffusion bonding to form the artificial space in the steel materials; and scraping a surface of the first steel material other than the bonding surface so as to set a distance between the surface of the first steel material and the center of the artificial space to be 150-250μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
