<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double sash device that enhances barrier-free property, cleanability, and design. <P>SOLUTION: A double sash device comprises: a double sash frame 5 in which an outer frame 2 and an inner frame 3 are separated with an interval in the indoor and outdoor directions of a building and connected by an intermediate frame 4, and a sill 32 of the inner frame and a sill 42 of the intermediate frame are integrally formed, and the sill of the intermediate frame and a sill 22 of the outer frame are fixed by pinching a first shield member 25 therebetween; an outer window sash 10; an inner window sash 10x; an inner frame flat surface portion 11x formed on a top face of the sill 32 of the inner frame 3; an inner frame guide groove 12x; an inner sash suspension piece 13x; and an intermediate frame flat surface portion 46 smoothly formed on a top face of the sill 42 of the intermediate frame 4. A drain passage is formed for draining dew condensation water from the inner frame side to the outer frame side along an inner bottom surface of the each sill. The intermediate frame flat surface portion 46 has a second sealing member for sealing a gap between a side face of the indoor side of the sill 22 of the outer frame 2, and the drain passage is arranged between the second sealing member and a first sealing member 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
