<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a windingly laminated iron core which includes rationally resin sealing permanent magnets into a wound iron core body whose upper and lower surfaces respectively have level differences. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a windingly laminated iron core comprises: a first step of disposing a wound iron core body 15 between a resin discharge mold having level differences 26 and 28 that coincides with upper and lower level differences 18 and 17 of the wound iron core body 15 having permanent magnets 21 respectively inserted into magnet insertion holes 20, and a holding mold; and a second step of loading resin into the magnetic insertion holes 20 by extruding resin from a resin pot 36 formed in the resin discharge mold 28. Further, an upper mold 24 disposed on the upper side of the wound iron core body 15 in the resin discharge mold and the holding mold includes an upper rotation driving means 34 that allows the upper difference 18 and the difference 26 of the upper mold to coincide with each other by rotating the upper mold 24 around an axis of the wound iron core body 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
