<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered coal-blowing lance for blast furnace, which can blow powdered coal for a long period of time, wherein an allowable range of deformation is expanded. <P>SOLUTION: The blowing lance for blowing the powdered coal into a furnace through a blowing-air passage in a blast furnace tuyere includes: a lance body 3a to be inserted at an angle toward the inside of the blowing-air passage M in the blast furnace tuyere 1; and a top-end opening 3b that includes the blowing-air passage connected to the lance body 3a and has an axial center L going along the blowing-air passage M.
