<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushing method which adequately makes a surface of a roll such as a skinpass mill arranged on a pickling line beautiful. <P>SOLUTION: A brush device 20 includes a rotating brush part 21 and a linear brush part 27. The rotating brush part 21 includes a rotating brush 22, and a cylinder 23 for moving the rotating brush which moves (moves forward and backward) the rotating brush 22 to the surface of the roll 11. The linear brush part 27 includes a linear brush 28, and a cylinder 29 for moving the linear brush which moves (moves forward and backward) the linear brush 28 to the surface of the roll 11. By using the brushing device 20 having both of the rotating brush 22 and the linear brush 28, the rotating brush 22 and the linear brush 28 are used respectively depending on a kind of foreign material attached on the surface of the roll 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
