<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing polyimide film with excellent adhesiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The polyimide film is produced by: casting a polyamic acid solution, which is obtained by making a tetracarboxylic acid component and a diamine component react with each other, on a substrate; drying the cast solution to produce a self-supporting film; applying a surface-treating agent to at least one surface of the self-supporting film in surroundings with absolute humidity of 13 g/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>or less; and subsequently subjecting the self-supporting film with the surface-treating agent applied thereto to heating treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
