<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase detecting device for impellers that is capable of helping reduce the number of man-hours spent in correcting an imbalance quantity. <P>SOLUTION: The surface of an impeller 10, for which a phase detecting device 100 for impellers is intended, is formed by cutting, and on the surface of the impeller 10 is formed a first prescribed area 11 machined to a surface roughness Rz1 less than the surface roughness Rz5 of the surroundings; the phase detecting device 100 for impellers is provided with an optical sensor unit 70 that detects the first prescribed area 11 and a controller 50 that detects the phase of the impeller 10 to calculate the imbalance quantity of the impeller 10, the controller 50 calculating the imbalance quantity of the impeller 10 according to the timing of detection of the first prescribed area 11 by the optical sensor unit 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
