<p>A method for configuring a neighbor list includes: obtaining longitude and latitude information of an access point (AP) location; searching a full list of second generation mobile communication system (2G) base stations (BSs) within a set range with a center defined by the obtained longitude and latitude information, obtaining 2G BSs falling within the range, and generating a 2G neighbor list of the AP based on the searched 2G BSs. A neighbor list configuration system and apparatus are further described. Therefore, 2G neighbor list configuration for the AP may be realized by applying the method, the system, and the apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention.</p> |
