<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive excellent in resistance to an acid and alkali, without forming peeling during polishing, and capable of being peeled off almost without leaving paste residue, and also a both sided adhesive tape for fixing an abrasive cloth, obtained by using the adhesive agent. <P>SOLUTION: This adhesive is provided by containing a (meth)acrylate copolymer and a crosslinking agent, having -10 to 20°C range glass transition temperature (Tg) obtained by a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, wherein, the (meth)acrylate copolymer is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture containing t-butyl (meth)acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl (meth)acrylate and acrylic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
