<p>The invention provides a corrosion resisting steel for a bulk cargo ship and a bulk cargo ship cabin using the corrosion resisting steel, wherein the steel shows excellent long-term corrosion resistance under a severe environment caused by S-containing bulks and can be used as structural members of the bulk cargo ship. The steel contains, by mass percent, 0.04-0.30 % of C, 0.28-0.60 % of Si, 0.1-2.0 % of Mn, 0.010-0.040 % of P, 0.003-0.025 % of S, 0.010-0.10 % of Al, 0.10-1.0 % of Cu, less than 0.10 % (exclusive of 0%) of Ni, and 0.0030-0.010 % of N, the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, CP1 being higher than 0.10, and CP2 being 0.80-7.00.</p> |
