<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which absorbs loads acting on both ends of a housing 2 by thermal stress of a sealing member, in a structure where the outer peripheral surfaces of both ends of the housing 2 are fixed by liquid passing caps 3, 4 and the sealing member is stuck to the inner peripheral surfaces thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In a hollow fiber membrane module, a cylinder wall 7 at both ends of the housing 2 is formed in a double cylindrical structure comprising an inner wall 16 and an outer wall 18. A space 13 is formed between the inner wall 16 and the outer wall 18, and when the thermal stress from the sealing member 11 acts on the inner cylinder 16, the inner cylinder 16 is bent to the outer periphery side to absorb the thermal stress of the sealing member 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
