<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely assemble a partition and a gasket, in a partition joint sealer having both functions of the partition and the gasket by assembling the gasket for sealing a horizontal joint to the partition. <P>SOLUTION: The partition joint sealer includes: a partition 22 which is provided with a lateral insertion part 23 and is to be put on a downstairs outer wall surface material upper end part; and a gasket 24 provided with a base part 37 abutted to the insertion part 23 from the lower side, a sealing part 38 of a hollow cross section raised from the base part 38 and capable of being raised and brought down, and a pressing part 39 to be brought down as the sealing part 38 is brought down on the insertion part 23 to hold the insertion part 23 from upper and lower parts with the base 37. After a downstairs outer wall surface material 28 is attached, a bracket 25 is attached to a base material 29 on the outer wall surface material, and the partition joint sealer is detachably attached to the bracket 25.
