<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray type conveying device by which vibration transmitted from a carriage traveling on a travel path to a tray is reduced, and thus influence of vibration of the carriage with respect to an article placed on the tray is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The tray type conveying device includes a linear motor for traveling a carriage 102 for supporting a tray on which an article is placed. The carriage 102 includes a tray support body 110 having a tray attachment base 111 to which the tray is attached and both of base support bodies 116, 117 coupled with the tray attachment base 111, and a yoke 120 for supporting the tray support member 110. The tray attachment base 111 is a member which is supported by the yoke 120 via both of the base support bodies 116, 117 and can be relatively displaced due to vibration of the base support bodies 116, 117, between supporting coupling parts 112a, 112b with the base support bodies 116, 117 and a tray coupling part 112t with the tray 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
