<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece confirmation device of a rotary chuck mechanism which can easily perform the centering of a workpiece or its positional confirmation, and to provide a workpiece heat treatment apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary chuck mechanism 52 chucking the outer circumference of a workpiece W and capable of rotating is provided with a workpiece confirmation device 55. The rotary chuck mechanism 52 is provided with a central hole along a rotation axis so as to face the end of the workpiece W, a protruding/retracting abutting piece 55b from/into the rotary chuck mechanism 52 is arranged at the inside of the central hole, and the abutting piece 55b is abutted against the end of the workpiece W, thus the positional confirmation or centering of the workpiece W is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
