<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a conductive particle in which a core-shell particle able to enhance an yield with simple means can be manufactured, and a resin composition including the conductive particle manufactured by the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: Conductive materials smaller than a core material are attached to the core material by a kneading step.
