<p>The present invention is a suction device having: a nozzle unit that is provided therewithin with a tubular channel forming a suction passageway for suctioning a subject, and of which the opening at one end of the tubular channel forms a suction opening for suctioning and holding the subject; a light source that emits illumination light and that is disposed at the light-source-side end that is the opening at the other end of the tubular channel; and an illumination light transmission means for transmitting the illumination light from the light-source-side end for arrival at the suction opening. The present invention has a simpler device configuration than conventional suction devices without needing the provision of an optical fiber or the like at the vicinity of the suction opening or the tubular channel, resulting in easy maintenance. Also, as the present invention does not have wiring or the like in the vicinity of the suction opening, it is difficult to cause contamination. Furthermore, as the illumination light is radiated from the rear of the subject suctioned/held at the aspiration opening, it is easy to observe the shape thereof by means of a phase contrast microscope or the like, and it is possible to increase user-friendliness and to increase work accuracy.</p> |
