<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepladder which enables a shaft to be easily lifted up when the shaft is lifted up in order to close both of leg bodies. <P>SOLUTION: In a stepladder, rotary fittings 6, 7 are fixed to each of both ends at upper parts of both of leg bodies 1, 2 in such a way as to be partially overlapped and be mutually rotated by opening/closing both of the leg bodies 1, 2. Both of support shafts 14a of a shaft 14, which includes both of the support shafts 14a, both of rising parts 14b and an operation shaft 14c, are inserted into long holes 12, 13 formed in a portion where the rotary fittings 6, 7 are overlapped at both ends of the leg bodies 1, 2. Both of the leg bodies 1, 2 are opened by narrowing an overlapped portion of both of the rotary fittings 6, 7 when the support shafts 14a move downward. At this time, the operation shaft 14c is supported in a state of being flush with a top plate 4 at inner end parts 4o of the top plate 4 of either of the leg body 1 or 2 when the rising parts 14b are tilted by its own weight. The overlapped portion of both of the rotary fittings 6, 7 is expanded by moving the support shafts 14a upwards when the operation shaft 14c is lifted up by a hand inserted into a clearance S of both of the top plates 4, 4 from above, so as to close both of the leg bodies 1, 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
