<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of suppressing an increase in thickness of the whole display device and suppressing sensitivity reduction of a touch panel, even when the touch panel and a protective plate are arranged on a front surface of a display panel. <P>SOLUTION: In the display device including: a display panel (LCD); a touch panel (T/P glass) arranged on the front surface of the display panel; and a protective plate arranged on a front surface of the touch panel, a level difference part is formed on an outer peripheral part of the protective plate, the touch panel is adhered to a rear face of the protective plate including at least the level difference part via optical elastic resin to form an integrated structure, and the level difference part is arranged and fixed in a peripheral part of an opening part of a cover of an apparatus body to mount the display device on a part of the apparatus body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
