<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent remaining of cargos and to improve work efficiency in discharging by vibrating a loading platform when discharging the cargos. <P>SOLUTION: Whether the loading platform 3 is tilted to a predetermined determination angleθa when discharging earth and sand 4 and whether pressure P in a hoist cylinder 10 exceeds a determination pressure Pa or not are determined. A controller 33 performs vibration control according to the determination result. That is, a control valve device 16 is switched to repeatedly vibrate between the raising position (R) and lowering position (L), to thereby excite the hoist cylinder 10 to repeat telescopic movement in upward and downward directions.
