<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cavitation caused by rapid and drastic pressure fluctuation when large amplitude is input. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid-filled vibration isolator 10 has a liquid-filled chamber 34 between a vibration isolating base 16 and a diaphragm 36 partitioned into a main liquid chamber 34A and a sub-liquid chamber 34B via a partition 42 and has both chambers connected through an orifice 46. A cover member 24 which forms an air chamber 48 oppositely to the sub-liquid chamber 34B across the diaphragm 36 is provided by covering the rear of the diaphragm 36. A cylindrical protrusion 50 made of a rubber-like elastic member is integrally provided with the diaphragm 36. The cylindrical protrusion 50 suppresses flexural deformation of the diaphragm 36 toward the air chamber 48 side when the large amplitude is input, and is provided within a range of a flexible portion 40 of the diaphragm 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
