The present invention relates to a primer set and a detecting method using the same and, more particularly, to a primer set for specifically detecting only staphylococcus pasteuri among species which belongs to the genus of Saphylococcus, and to a method for detecting Staphylococcus pasteuri using the same. By using the primer set according to the present invention, the Staphylococcus pasteuri can be specifically detected in a short time with excellent efficiency, thereby expecting to be variously used in a field of agrifood, medical and pharmacy, etc. |
