<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant chemical bond nonwoven fabric which, even when used for a long period of time, is free from problems of metal corrosion caused by falling off of a phosphorus-based flame retardant, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The chemical bond nonwoven fabric of the present invention includes a flame-retardant binder resin adhered to a fiber web. The flame-retardant binder resin is a polyester resin containing phosphorus in the polymer backbone thereof. The chemical bond nonwoven fabric does not corrode a metal even when brought into contact with the metal, and has flame retardancy. A polyester resin including a phosphorus-containing component polymerized in the polymer backbone thereof is formed into an aqueous emulsion (5). A fiber web (1) is immersed in the aqueous emulsion (5), then squeezed and dried, thereby producing the chemical bond nonwoven fabric. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
