<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the supply destination of a reusable power storage element according to the power condition of a region becoming the supply destination of the power storage element. <P>SOLUTION: The management device (10) has a storage section (12) and a control section (11). The storage section stores the storage management information based on the self-discharge characteristics of a reusable power storage element. The control section determines the supply destination of the power storage element in response to input of the supply information about the supply of the power storage element.
