[Also in Division H2] A conductor 7 is connected to a foil 8 (Figs. 2 and 3, not shown) by a connector having two spaced-apart blades 1 and 2, each provided with apertures 3 each having at least one tang 5. In the form shown, alternate apertures in each of two rows in each blade are formed with a single tang 5, the remaining aperture having several tangs 4. The arrangement is such that when the blades are pressed together, trapping the foil therebetween, the single tangs 5 project into those apertures in the opposite blade having several tangs 4, and the tangs 4 encounter the peripheries of the opposed apertures and are bent outwardly thereby (Fig. 3, not shown). |
