<p>The present invention relates to a touch sensing device and a touch screen device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a touch capacitor device includes an operating circuit applying an operation signal to a predetermined first cycle to a node capacitor; a buffer circuit converting capacitance of the node capacitor into a predetermined voltage signal; a buffer capacitor charged or discharged depending on an output voltage of the buffer circuit; and an integration circuit integrating a voltage charged into the buffer capacitor. In a predetermined general touch mode, the buffer circuit generates the voltage signal by integrating the capacitance of the node capacitor and in a predetermined proximate touch mode, the buffer circuit generates the voltage signal by following the voltage charged into the node capacitor.</p> |
