摘要 A pixel has a simple structure and is capable of compensating for a threshold voltage of a driving transistor. The pixel includes: an organic light emitting diode; a second transistor coupled between a first power source and the organic light emitting diode and configured to control an amount of current flowing from the first power source to the organic light emitting diode; a first transistor coupled between a gate electrode of the second transistor and a data line and turned on when a scan signal is supplied a scan line; a third transistor coupled between the second transistor and the first power source and configured to be turned off when the first transistor is turned on and to be turned on when the first transistor is turned off; a first capacitor coupled between a gate electrode and a first electrode of the second transistor; and a second capacitor coupled between the first power source and a common node at which the first electrode of the second transistor and the first capacitor are coupled to each other.

A pixel comprising: an organic light emitting diode; a second transistor coupled between a first power source and the organic light emitting diode and configured to control an amount of current flowing from the first power source to the organic light emitting diode; a first transistor coupled between a gate electrode of the second transistor and a data line and configured to be turned on when a scan signal is supplied to a scan line, wherein a first electrode of the first transistor is directly connected to the gate electrode of the second transistor; a third transistor coupled between the second transistor and the first power source and configured to be turned off when the first transistor is turned on and to be turned on when the first transistor is turned off; a first capacitor coupled between the gate electrode of the second transistor and a first electrode of the second transistor; a fourth transistor comprising a gate electrode, a first electrode directly connected to a first capacitor at a common node, and a second electrode coupled to the first electrode of the second transistor, the fourth transistor being configured to control the amount of current flowing from the first power source to the organic light emitting diode; and a second capacitor coupled to the first power source and connected directly to the common node at which the first electrode of the fourth transistor and the first capacitor are directly connected to each other.
