The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of poly-urethane supporting pad, comprising the steps of: wet-coagulating a resin composition including poly-urethane resin and DMF solvent; and immersing the wet coagulated material into a solution including an acid or base catalyst. The present invention can form long and large pores uniformly within a pad being manufactured to exhibit low hardness, high compression ratio, etc. and more uniform thickness, pressure distribution and tension distribution over the total area of a pad, thereby providing a poly-urethane mounting pad in which more uniform and efficient polishing can be implemented. |
