<p>The present invention relates to an eco-friendly mud ball and a method for manufacturing the same. The mud ball comprises 15-25 wt% of zeolite seed and 75-85 wt% of a mud outer layer in the spherical shape formed to contain the zeolite seed. The mud outer layer comprises 60-90 parts by weight of mud powder from Boryeong (a Korean local city), 5-40 parts by weight of magnetite, 1-10 parts by weight of waste oyster shell powder, and 0.01-0.5 parts by weight of metal silver powder. The zeolite seed and the mud outer layer are sintered at 850-1,200°C. Therefore, the mud ball releases natural minerals, has an antibacterial effect, alkalizes water, emits far-infrared rays and anions, deodorizes, and increases dissolved oxygen. The mud ball can be used for antibacterial filter for a water purifier and a humidifier, an eco-friendly laundry ball, a bath ball, and a fomentation ball in various ways. Moreover, the mud ball can be reused after heated or dried.</p> |
