The present invention is a technique capable of removing water pollutants by oxidizing the same in all PH ranges, thereby saving costs because the present invention does not need further acidification facilities, neutralization facilities and sludge treatment facilities unlike a conventional technique. In addition, the invention has the advantage of cost reduction because the water pollutants can be removed even by relatively small amounts of carbon nanotube, which enables to reduce the injection concentration of the catalyst. Also, the invention has a further advantage that an iron sludge is not generated unlike a fenton oxidation which is conventional technique, and also can recover and reuse carbon nanotubes, thereby securing economic efficiency. |
