The present invention relates to a mixing and drying for a food waste disposer and a food waste disposer. The mixing and drying part for a food waste disposer according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a mixing housing including an internal space; a mixing rotatory shaft penetrating the inside of the mixing housing; and a mixing rotatory shaft module fixating the mixing rotatory shaft on the side surface of the mixing housing, wherein the mixing rotatory shaft module includes an oil seal module formed on one side surface of the mixing housing and a bearing member formed on a supporting member formed on the outer part of the mixing housing. |
